“Hi, Neighbor! We wanted to write this letter so you wouldn’t hate us! (LOL) The warm weather is coming and we’ll all want to be outside so we decided to get crafty and make a DIY wall. You guys are always so kind and welcoming when we meet outside but we all want our own little privacy in this beautiful weather! So we thought the wall would help both of us with that. So like we each have a yard. Please take this token of cookies as a gift and to know that you all are amazing human beings. And to assure Gus won’t jump in your yard though he and your cat want to be friends With love, 1428. I meant 1328 (P.S I know my house number I’m just a little high)

– Leonel (via Twitter) “…I attached this piece of bond paper with my reminder in my door…April 6 and April 7 is my birthday. I’m so thankful to my fam because they respect my little kind of privacy and that was a better gift I received so far.”
“I was working on a breaking news story covering two different areas, technology and privacy. As a reporter that was my privacy emergency – finding the right expert insights and meeting my tight deadlines. I reached out to Grace and a few things happened but I’ll share two. First, Grace schooled me on privacy and technology the way I’ve never learned or been taught on the subject. Nothing I’d found online had prepared me to write that story the way that Grace did. Second, my story made a 360° turn for the better. It made a bigger impact.
I’ve talked about many privacy emergencies with Grace now including when my work laptop, camera, other equipment and personally identifying information were stolen. For a journalist or anyone, that was a bad day, but there was Grace too.”

– Plaintain Papi via Twitter (on whether he’d forgo privacy and live rent free with his parents)
“How in the world I’m I supposed to know which privacy law applies to my business? Privacy laws are everywhere and customers have more privacy rights. Do I need to change anything I’m currently doing? Is it true I’ll lose 4% of my annual revenue if I don’t comply?”

“Why reinvent the wheel? Is it illegal if I copy and paste a privacy policy from the website of another business just like mine?” – Mark J.
“I run my gigs on technology, services, and social media out there for example, Shopify, Upwork, Fiverr, Etsy, Instagram. I use PayPal and Square for payments. Do I have privacy responsibilities to my customers?” Nikki J.
